Tim Ryall

Tim has a strong background in corporate finance and restructuring, having previously worked on a broad range of deals and projects with the financial advisory team at a leading accounting firm. 

Tim commenced his career as an associate at Grant Thornton where he was part of a team largely focused on transaction advisory services for mid-size businesses, working on projects ranging from $6m – $800m in a variety of sectors including, resources, aged care, manufacturing and hospitality. He gained experience across due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and IAR’s with the Corporate Finance team, worked on liquidations and administrations with the Restructuring Advisory team and assisted the Forensic Consulting team on multiple investigations.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is in the final stages of his Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting course to be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
